Info on Your Zoom  Appointment

You will need to make sure you have Zoom on your PC, Laptop or Phone. 

Zoom is Free and easy to install.

 

Plan to get set up the day before your appointment.

Make sure your camera, mic and speakers work correctly. If you can make a test call with a friend- great!

Please make sure you are able to sit somewhere comfortable. Holding a phone for 2 hours is not ideal... please try to use a stationary device so you will be comfortable. 

​

Please have a babysitter for young kids if possible, it's very difficult to take a good case when a parent is distracted. I'll leave this to your discretion but we may have to schedule another appointment if we can't get through the full case on day 1.

Please try to be somewhere private. Even a car works well for houses that are small.

 

If I'm seeing a child, an adult must be with the child for the initial portion of the call and the extra child forms should also be sent in.

Theres quite a bit of FORMS to fill out - Please do this 48 prior to your appointment if possible. I like to have some time to look over complicated cases.
